The Pronghorn is about 2-3 feet tall and 120-130 lbs. The coloration of the pronghorn is a pale brown. One of the ways that you know a pronghorn is the markings on its neck and face.

The pronghorn lives in Montana and Fort Rocky Oregon, and it is their ecosystem where they live in, and that is where they get the nutrients from their food. Pronghorn are founded in the North West of US. The population of the pronghorn is around 20,000, because of hunting in 1908; but, after the protection of their habitats from hunting the population is between 500,000 and 1,000,000. The pronghorn got the blue tongue disease that lowered its population in some location.

The pronghorn’s diet is grass, shrubs, and leaves. Pronghorn’s predators are wolves, coyotes, and bobcats. To avoid their predator they run faster than the predators and other pronghorns. From researching my animal I found in the new world my animal was the fastest. The other thing I found interesting was the information about the bluetongue disease.
