The size of the Greater Siren is about 19-38 inches long. Some of the characteristics are that it has black stripes and some can have spots. They are found in the middle of America and in the southwest of America. They can be found by water, ponds, and rivers. There are over 2000 greater sirens. Some of the animals that the Greater Siren eats are worms and fish. They compete for their food with foxes and all animals that like to eat fish and worms. They are very small and can’t eat bigger animals.

How the Greater Siren doesn’t get eaten is it can blend in with all kinds of trees and plants and all kinds of things in its environment. What I learned by doing this project is that there are some animals like this one that you may not know about, but can learn from all types of different sources. One of the things that I learned is it can blend in with just about anything.
