First , the general discription is very interesting , the venus sea fan is a delicate lookng colonial soft corral in the shape of a fan and composed to a big group . It grows from a small base ,but it forms into several branches , then it goes on and on .

the venus sea fan is most common in the bahamas and in this location is easily distinguishable from G. Ventalina . Florida and the leser antiles , but tey are always confused .

Gorgonia Flabellum eats dead plankton to consume nurishment , also , it may reach up to 4 feet tall . they do well in their envirement becuase where they  are located there isnt much predators to eat them , another reason is that how big and wide they are and tall, they have a storage like eating habits .

The intersting facts are that they are green most of the time and they have a special way of eating , another thing is eventhough they are stuck to there base , they are very mobile . The last thing that i think is interesting is that they at most of the time , and when they dont  they digest .
